My name is Cathy Freitas (friends call me Cat). I am currently a resident of Southern Utah, and I love it here. This area offers a bounty of photographic opportunities, including Zion National Park, Snow Canyon, Pine Valley, and much much more.
I have been married to my best friend, Wade, for over 15 years, and we have 3 great kids: Marian, Joshua, and Tevin.
I started out in photography doing digital art. Taking photographs, and adding inspirational verses on them. The more I started to learn about photography, the more it consumed me. I immersed myself into learning all I could about this wonderful art, taking some college courses, and reading anything I could get my hands on, as well as purchasing some quality equipment that could handle my experimentation.
My journey has led me through many doors. I am still, first and foremost, a Nature Photographer, but have spread my horizons towards other areas as well: engagements, weddings, senior portraits, family portraits, etc.
I love photography, and enjoy spending my time capturing with my camera the wonderful world that God has given us.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. You can E-mail me at insphotos@aol.com
Thank you. Don't forget to sign my guestbook and share your thoughts with me.
God Bless.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to come in and stroll around. I'm glad you stopped by.
Thank you to those of you who have signed my guestbook and given me words of encouragement. You don't know how much that means to me.
Thanks to my Mom for gently prodding me for SO long to share my pictures. A picture isn't finished until she sees it. She is, and always will be, my 'number one fan'! I love you Mom.
Thanks to my wonderful husband, Wade, for pushing me. I wouldn't be here without his endless love and support.
I'm forever grateful that you chose to share your life with me. I love you so much.
Thanks to my children for following me around on photo shoots, and not complaining even when I stop "a thousand times" to take a picture of "the same tree". Thanks to my daughter, who is my best critic. What would I do without you to help me choose mat board colors?
Thanks to my family for providing me with awesome photo opportunities, and letting me share your pictures with everyone. You guys are great! Love you!
Thanks to all of my friends who encourage me just by being there for me, and for your comforting smiles when I am hard on myself. (You know who you are!)
And last, but certainly not least, thanks to My God.
My life is Yours.
My work is in Your Hands.
Use me to tell Your children that You love them.
In His Love,
Cat
